The Process - Vision to Object

Every piece begins with a vision.

Sometimes it starts with a specific scene or moment I want to capture. Other times, it begins with a functional purpose and the goal of creating something useful through thoughtful design. From there, the process slows down.

I begin with simple sketches. Forms are tested, adjusted, and refined. Proportions shift. Details are removed. Ideas are rebuilt. Illustrated pieces move through multiple iterations before reaching their final form. Handcrafted goods are prototyped, handled, and refined until the design feels balanced and intentional.

Whether creating artwork or crafted objects, the process remains rooted in patience, clarity, and refinement.

Nothing is rushed. Each piece earns its final form.
